Very fine cover to London posted on board a channel steamer, rated in manuscript '1 3' for an up to oz letter, cancelled upon arrival with the scarce London boxed 'M B' (Moveable box, Robertson type MB1) handstamp in black with a red Ship Letter London (Robertson type S28) datestamp for DE. 16. 1845 on reverse. Scarce, very unusual to find the two handstamps in different colours. P212021024
