The rod weighs 4. 9 ounces on my scale. The current owner tells me that the additional third tip was made for use with a slightly heavier #7 line. Used condition, with some grip soiling, and a scratch and micro chip low down on one tip. No ferrule wrap cracks yet. The cane is blond and done with a three up node pattern. Nice
