Homer Jennings Bamboo Fly Rod 7'6" 2/2 #3 7’5” Made by Richard Wheatley inA nice Homer Jennings bamboo fly rod, 7'6", 2 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #3 line. The rod weighs 3. 4 ounces on my scale. The serial number #620, the maker's mark, and the rod specs are all inked on the butt, and on an adjacent flat "16. 07. 06" is also inked which I presume to be the date of manufacture. The rod may have been lawn cast but is in pristine condition. Nice dry fly action. There is a tiny bit of brassing to the edge of the buttcap but
