Even at 3 ink, uninkable, and not being a song, this could be under-costed
Flicker decks are indeed looking exciting, and although Tricksters Talisman makes tokens, Id still say those are the sorts of decks that want to take advantage of it: decks with lots of powerful ETBs
I think this is an important sideboard tool for red decks that are looking to take a more controlling position against creature decks, and while Rabblemaster is not very strong against something like Elves, this card would be especially brutal there

But when looking at these cards, I cant help but get excited about them from a Commander fans perspective, since theyre all really neat designs that look like theyd play great in a lot of different Commander decks, as well as just obviously well-designed to play right out of the box
