The relevant one is the [Your Turn] passive: [Once Per Turn] Whenever a card is removed from yours or your opponent's Life cards, if you have 7 or fewer cards in hand, draw 1 card

You'd need a 5-color commander if you wanted to fit them all in, but for this example, I have a power matters commander, bracket 2, fun deck that is battlecruiser Magic

It's very hard to interact with paradigm spells outside of burning a counterspell every turn, you just have to get over the hump of resolving the first 7-mana spell and ride the value every turn thereafter
